Canvily — Terms of Service

1. Use of the Website

The Canvily website and its content are provided for lawful use only.
Users agree not to interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the site or attempt to access areas or data not intended for them.

2. Nature of Products

Canvily provides digital Canva templates and related downloadable content.
All items are delivered electronically through the website or user account area. No physical products are shipped.

3. Accounts and Access

Some features may require an account.
Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity that occurs under their account.
Canvily may suspend or remove access if misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices for templates, bundles, and memberships are displayed on the website in the applicable currency.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
Canvily reserves the right to adjust pricing, introduce new products, or discontinue offerings at any time.

5. Membership and Renewal

Where a recurring membership is offered, the following applies:

  • Charges continue automatically until the membership is canceled.

8. Intellectual Property & License

All templates, graphics, layouts, and text on the site are owned by Canvily or its licensors.

Users receive a limited license to:

  • Customize templates within Canva

  • Export and use finished designs for branding, marketing, or client work (subject to the licensing rules)

Users may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the original editable template files

  • Claim the base design as their own intellectual property

  • Use the templates to create competing template products or libraries

Any use outside the license granted in the Template Licensing Rules is prohibited.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass payment or access restrictions

  • Use automated tools or bots to download or copy large quantities of files

  • Engage in activity that could harm the service, other users, or the reputation of Canvily

Canvily may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

Canvily may modify or discontinue parts of the service, update content, or revise these Terms as needed.
When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
