Canvily — Refund and Membership Policy

This policy explains how refunds and membership billing are handled at Canvily.

Refund Guidelines

Refunds may be considered in situations such as:

• Duplicate or accidental payments

• Technical issues that prevent access to purchased files and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

• Other exceptional cases raised within 7 days of the original transaction

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are not generally provided for digital content that has already been accessed successfully and used as intended.

Membership Billing

• VIP Membership is billed at 9.99 USD every 30 days

• Charges occur automatically on a recurring basis until canceled

Membership Cancellation

A member can request cancellation at any time.
After cancellation, membership benefits and access remain available until the end of the current billing cycle. No further renewal payments will be charged after that period.
