Canvily — Membership Agreement & Terms

This Membership Agreement outlines the terms that apply when you use Canvily and purchase or subscribe to our digital template services.

Service Description

Canvily provides Canva-editable digital templates. These are delivered as downloadable files for use within the Canva platform. All items are digital only; no physical products are shipped.

VIP Membership Details

  • Membership price: 9.99 USD every 30 days

  • Subscription renews automatically each billing cycle

  • New templates are added to the VIP area on a recurring basis

  • Members can log in to access available content at any time during an active subscription

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.
When a cancellation is requested, access to VIP content continues until the end of the current paid period. No additional renewal charges will be made after that cycle.

User Responsibilities

Members agree to use templates in accordance with the licensing rules provided by Canvily. Raw template files must not be shared, resold, or uploaded to other platforms.

Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, and template structures remain the property of Canvily. A limited license is granted to customize and export finished designs for branding and promotional use.

Changes to the Service

Features, membership benefits, and these terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the membership indicates acceptance of any revisions.
